At the cornerstone of where names like Stagg, Blanton and Beam meet, its going to take a massive flavor to match what these bourbon makers bring to the party. Kane's vanilla and Rook coffee infused stout is just that taste.
Jet Black an cast in an onyx-like sheen, Drowned In Coffee releases a creamy mocha-whipped froth along with a coffeehouse scent of latte, espresso, caramel, coconut and alcohol spice. Smooth and sweet in taste, the malt leading stout sets a tone with caramel, molasses, brown sugar and toffee.
As the smooth roast grabs the middle palate, those dark roast coffee influence provide a robust, earthy and pleasantly smoky taste that soothed with the balance of caramelized sweetness, vanilla and oak. Bourbon influences of coconut, toasted oak, nuttiness and whisky spice sharpen the finish for a smooth and spicy coffee session.
Full bodied, velvety and dangerously easy to drink, Drowned in Coffee finds an impeccable balance between bourbon, coffee and stout, finishing dessert-like with hints of tiramisu trailing in aftertaste.

Pours thick and dark, minimal espresso-colored head. Big coffee aroma. Flavor is dark roasted espresso with a big dose of cherry cordial. Very viscous. Overall a delicious desert stout.
