Tide & Timber Banana Walnut Cookie is our Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with our friends at Esker Hart. Tide & Timber Banana Walnut Cookie is our 11.2% Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout aged in a blend of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked bourbon, Heaven Hill bourbon and Woodford Reserve Wheat Whiskey barrels for a total of 23 months, then conditioned on wild Thai banana, cinnamon and freshly toasted walnuts.

Pours pitch black, impervious to light. No head with a cold bottle pour. Rich aroma of liquid chocolate and mild banana. Flavor is banana up front and center, followed by bore banana, light cinnamon, light chocolate, I get a little of the walnut on the finish. Great thick texture, rich and creamy. Overall a great BA beer.
