First aged in a blend of various bourbon barrels for an average of 23 months, including Heaven Hill Old Fitzgerald Bourbon, Heaven Hill 8-Year Bourbon and Buffalo Trace Weller Wheated Bourbon.Then this stout was aged for an additional six months in a Cumaru cask. This beer has notes of chocolate, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, dried figs and carrot cake.
