Can to Snifter. Cooking beer while making a homemade Calzone on this beautiful Memorial Day.
LOOK: bright yellow, mostly clear, small off white head. poor retention.
AROMA: oat/wheat, leaves, grass, lightest hint of lemon
TASTE: cracker, grass, vegetable, earth, sand, hairspray, vinegar. Started off OK, and I felt like I was settling into the bitterness, but it is turning more sour to me than bitter now. Strange progression.
FEEL: good carbonation, pretty smooth. small bite at the end.
Not horrible, but a little odd and not my style of IPA.
