Double Barrel Aged Unmarked Jetty was aged in a Heaven Hill Elijah Craig Toasted Oak Bourbon Barrel for a total of 25 months before being hand-selected to age in an Amburana wood barrel for an additional 4 months. This Double Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout pours black with a light mocha foam. It pushes aromas of cinnamon raisin, French toast, light maple syrup and a touch of French vanilla coffee supported by complex baking spice notes from extended barrel-aging.

Pours thick and viscous, no head. Minimal carbonation. Amburana aroma translates to cinnamon. Rich and decadent, loads of chocolate with a gentle touch of cinnamon. Overall a delicious beer. Glad I bot 2.

This is a big tasty beer.
Pours deep brown with a thin tan head. Aroma is bourbon vanilla sweet with charred wood notes. Taste is roasted malts and sweet vanilla with rich bourbon undertones. Feel is excellent so thick, creamy and rich with no burn from the 12.7% ABV. Overall this is delicious beer and a fantastic imperial stout.
