Aged in a blend of Weller, Old Fitzgerald, Kentucky Owl, and Woodford Reserve Double Oaked bourbon barrels, then double Barrel-Aged in a Soju barrel.

Pours the typical Kane midnight tar black, no head. Aroma is interesting - loads of chocolate mixed with something new for me. Maybe rice wine? Hard to describe. Flavor is unique as well. Lots of milk chocolate with rice wine. Weird. Not what I was looking for. Super thick and chewy with minimal carbonation, this is a cool idea with the Soju barrel aging. It’s just not for me.
