Pours a matte completely opaque gold color. One finger sudsy white head dissipates quickly leaving a ring of foam along the outside of the beer.

Aroma has notes of orange, grapefruit, apricot and mango. Fruity and in line with what one would expect from a NE style IPA.

Taste follows the nose with mild notes of orange, grapefruit, apricot, mango, and peach. Cracker malt backbone is quite pronounced in the flavor profile. Mild green bitterness on the back end with a slight lingering bitterness on the finish. The profile is quite nice and perfectly in line with a completely generic NE style IPA.

Feel is light to medium bodied. Mild yet prickly carbonation. Semi-dry finish.

Overall this is a well-executed generic NE style IPA.

An oat hazy with Mosaic hops and apricot puree, fresh from the Dojo. Pours with half-finger of head over a juicy-looking golden base that still admits some light. Bitter hop flavor dominates the front palate, leaving the apricot to play a much more subtle role. I don't think I would have picked up on this being fruited if it wasn't disclaimed on the label. Still a nice Mosaic showcase, though, with great mouthfeel from the oats--not as light and pillowy as top NEIPAs are known for, but then again, I don't think this is striving to be a NEIPA juicebomb. It's a fairly bright, easy-drinking sipper that sits comfortably at 6.5% ABV and is great for a warm summer night.

Canned 6/17/19; drank 6/29/19 @ the Yarchives.

Cloudy yellow/orange appearance.

A rough pour yielded a HUGE, noisy off-white head; strong, frothy lace.

Apricot, oat & faint orange citrus notes in the nose.

Medium mouthfeel.

Dry apricot, oat & mild orange citrus flavors; balanced & easy to drink, if not the most memorable brew in the world.

16oz can, date stamped 06/17/2019. Pineapple-orange juice looking body with a tall & frothy off-white head. Fruity & tropical fruit aroma with apricot puree and grapefruit standing out. Big juicy flavors of grapefruit, orange, green hop, and sweet apricot along with a touch of oats, all meld well on the palate. Full creamy body, moderate carbonation, finish is tart and bitter with plenty of juicy residual sweetness. I like the apricot in this one - not overbearing and blends in nicely with the hop profile. Well done!

16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of apricot, pineapple and caramel. Strong apricot taste with sweet citrus and toasted caramel.

Taasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on June 27, 2019. Look is hazy orange gold. Smell and taste is a nice blend of hop notes and the apricot. Good stuff.

16oz can served in a pint glass. Dated 06/17/19.

Pours hazy and pale. Small head, not much carbonation. Smell is nice -- fruity and fresh.

Taste is juicy and bright, moderate bitterness, a little straw flavor.

Mouthfeel is medium, moderately dry. Overall, good beer.
