Looks like a fruit smoothie. This smells insanely juicy... Dripping with mangoes and cream. Marshmallow up front which then transitions into hops and fruit profiles. Nice crisp refreshing bite at the end. 9% ABV is really well hidden and almost non-existent. Satisfying mouthfeel. Overall really good. It is one dimensional and tastes just like tons of other NEIPAs out there, but it's a still good beer despite those things.

Canned on 10/14/19
Pours an opaque golden orange capped with a few fingers of airy, off-white foam; solid head retention yields a sparse spread of chunky lacing, minimal cap, and a thick, frothy collar fading over time.
Aromas are blunt upfront with varying depths of fruity marshmallow, dousing the bouquet throughout as notes of peachy gummies and ripe mango leave their mark toward the back end; the marshmallow felt like a gimmicky addition, but was integrated incredibly well here.
Taste is much more subdued than the aroma might indicate, bringing out peach and mango zest, grapefruit peel, and cherry essence from the start; earthy herbs mesh with marshmallow sweetness on the back end of the profile toward a relatively thin finish.
Mouthfeel shows a medium body with low carbonation; slick and a touch oily across the mid-palate, while a semi-sweetness is evened by a quiet background bittering; touches of juiciness sneak through an easy finish with little trace of alcohol burn or inconsistency on the palate.
While I'm happy the marshmallow addition didnt turn this one into an outright dessert IPA, the flavors simply didn't amount to anything extraordinary, delivering only an average profile following a unique and impressive aroma. Hoof Hearted did well with a quirkier adjustment to this NEIPA, and I only wish they went a bit further.
