This light golden ale provides the perfect jumping off point for drinkers new to craft beer. The malty body is balanced with just a touch of hops. A touch of local Hudson Valley honey is added into the kettle adding some depth to the clean ale aroma.

Served on-tap at Valhalla in New York, NY
A: Pours a hazy pale yellow in color with moderate amounts of gentle visible carbonation and some golden yellow highlights. The beer has a half finger tall foamy white head that reduces to a medium sized patch of very thin film and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Light to moderate aromas of biscuit malts with some lighter hints of honey and floral hops.
T: Upfront there is a light to moderate flavor of pale and biscuit malts with a light amount of sweetness from the honey. That is followed by a very light flavor of floral hops which contribute a light amount of bitterness that fades pretty quickly.
M: On the lighter side of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation.
O: In enjoyed this beer because it has the flavors from the honey without becoming overly sweet - some interesting notes in the flavor/aroma and easy to drink.
