12oz can. Poured out a clear, straw-yellow color with a small, bubbly white head of foam. It smelled of caramel, grains and floral notes. Sweet caramel taste with minimal bitterness.

This lager is brewed with corn and not grain. As such, calling it a lager in many ways isn't an accurate label for modern beer. As a pre-prohibition style lager, I find it to be quite good.
The taste is novel, however, for me, the more I drank the more I don't like the style. Good beer for the style, but not a style I want to drink.

S: has a grainy, light bread crumb aroma scented with a light earthy floral and an initial trace of green apple that quickly dissipates.
L: Streams of rapidly rising bubbles fill a gold pour with a slight haze under a 1" white foam collar with fair retention.
T: Light grains start the flavors with a trace of apple, a hint of corn, light bread crumb, some earthy hop leading to a crisp, medium to medium high lingering bitter finish.
F: The body is medium light to light with medium high carbonation.
O: light, flavorful and very drinkable beer

folks are way too harsh on this thing, everyone needs a basic semi bland golden light beer once in a while, and this serves that purpose awfully well. i am actually surprised and somewhat disappointed to see is rated so poorly. you guys drink olympia and that kind of swill and you cant buy this?! come on! its better than it gets credit for being, maybe a little corny sweet in the dead center, but brightly carbonated and lively in the feel overall, malty enough to be real beer, but light enough to hammer. there is room for this in any beer fridge, and thats what we arent fully appreciating here. medium weight, its not watery or weak, but it also has almost no hops to it at all. these guys have a cool space and make some great beers, not sure why they get no love from the local beer geeks, but we had fun here, and while this might not be the most ambitious beverage out there, it serves a unique role and should remain on hand for any heavy grilling, cornholing, dog parking, tree climbing, picnic tabling, conversing, summertiming... better than its marks!

This beer pours a pale yellow with a voluminous fizzy head. Retention is good but not excellent. The aroma is primarily doughy and yeasty, with detectable scents of sour dough bread, lemon peel, sugar, and something vaguely grassy. The flavor offers a slightly richer bread flavor with just a hint of dough, corn, lemon, and cedar. The feel is light with a touch of creaminess from the carbonation. Overall this is a nice, flavorful lager. It is nothing sensational, but it is very pleasant.

On tap at My Burger on UofM campus
Smallish head that settled out quickly. Largely yellow and not particularly clear.
Minimal aroma. Clean drinking with a clear hop taste and quick hit of bitterness. Clear grainy malt character that was the most prominent flavor, that I kinda' liked.
The hops clashed a bit with my food, but otherwise this worked well for me. Moderately carbonated.
Nothing stellar, but nothing bad either. Solid drinker.
