Poured from tap at 612 Brew tap room.
Appearance: Pours a pale straw yellow with a thin white sudsy foam. Foam faded fast with minimal lacing.
Smell: Faint aroma of malt, grass and grain.
Taste: Watery and light with weak malt and grassy flavors. Not much happening in the flavor here.
Mouth Feel: Thin and watery with a semi-sweet finish.
Overall: I would not order this beer again Far too simple and weak for a craft beer.

From notes:
A- Somewhat hazy golden color. Half finger white head has mediocre retention. Lacing is note quite there.
S- Ginger, a bit of bread, a touch of sweetness. Not much other than the ginger.
T- The ginger is overpowering any other flavor. There is a touch of grain, and some sweetness. Really though, it is mostly just ginger.
M- Thin, overassertive carbonation.
O- Didn't really care for this. I like beers that incorporate off the wall ingredients, but I like it worked into a good beer. This is just ginger, with little else supporting it or making it interesting.
