This beer poured at tap room cam with a decent amount of soapy head, which left a slight amount of lacing on the glass. The smell was a little grainy/bready, with banana and I think a little peach.

The taste followed the nose, but added a slight spiciness, pepper, and just a touch of alcohol burn. The banana comes first and is supplanted fairly quickly by the spiciness. The ending has a light dryness.

Saisons aren't my favorite type of beer, but I did enjoy this one, definitely worth ordering again if available.

Growler fill all the way to the tippy top. Woohoo!

A - Poured into a tulip. Clear, amber body with minimal head that dissipates very quickly after a very stiff pour. Light carbonation rising up the glass.

S - Hard candy sugar up front with a bready undertone. Citrus hops of orange and grapefruit. A good bit of alcohol as it warms.

T&M - Very distinct Mosaic hop flavor of stone fruits up front with a bit of grapefruit as well. Light and mellow bitterness chased quickly by hard candy sweetness, then capped off with a nice dose of smooth alcohol. The yeast adds a light and refreshing funk that is not overly pungent. Becomes sweeter and sweeter as the beer warms up and orange peel begins to dominate the taste. The mouthfeel is surprising slick due to the alcohol and maintains a wet feel over being dry. Light-to-moderate carbonation.

O - A good experience from a local brewer. I would definitely get it again. It was reasonably well-balanced but falls apart just a bit as the beer warms. I've always liked Saisons, especially in warm weather, so I enjoyed this.
