The beer pours a nice white head that dissipates quickly. The beer istself is a hazy orange.
The beer smell is very nice with various berry notes such as strawberry, blueberry, and a hint of raspberry in the nose with a tiny hint of tannis. The beer also has the bitter and earthy hops with a bit of malt sweetness to it. The smell also has very nice with a very strong melon note.
In the taste, the raspberry and strawberry notes are even more pronounced while the tannis is weaker but still there. The taste is very berry strong to where it almost overwhelms the hops and malts. However, the hop taste is strong enough to add a nice bitter contrast, which creates a very nice taste. Essentially, the taste reminds me of a fruit salad with orange in it.
The mouthfeel is fairly medium bodied with biting carbonation. It's smooth and goes down very nice, which makes it pretty refreshing.
Overall, a fantastic beer and one I hope to get again in a properly sealed growler. I definitely recommend getting this on tap when you can.
