Beer is a brown color. It looks nice and reminds me of carrot cake. It is also clear.
A fairly complex smell. Rye notes that come off as celery. Some light vanilla and caramel.
Taste is better than smell but still interesting. Rye notes run underneath through the taste. Caramel malt notes are a bit stronger and sweet. Vanilla notes and caramel notes seem to be the strongest.
Feel is good. Medium body and a bit thin with biting carbonation.
Overall, this is a weird beer. A really really weird beer. Get it. Good desert beer.
