22oz bottle served in a nonic pint. Bottled on 6/6/18. Number 2795/4000.
Pours light golden, moderately clear until the bottom of the bottle goes into the glass, medium to large head, medium to high carbonation. Smell is pineapple and orange.
Taste is pineapple, orange peel, and hop resin. And lemon rind.
Mouthfeel is dry and light. Good beer.

L: Poured from a bottle to a snifter glass. Had a pale yellow color and a thick, cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, very long-lasting head. Excellent lacing.
S: An enticing aroma of hops, citrus, tropical fruit, malt, and pine.
T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (mostly in the finish), a good bit of hops (not too much), a light hint of pine, lots of citrus (orange, lemon), and lots of tropical fruit (mango, passion fruit). An extremely juicy, fruity, and sweet flavor. They definitely nailed the NE IPA flavor with this - it's a good balance of fruit and hops.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a smooth, creamy finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A very well made, easy to drink NE IPA. Well worth a look.

22oz bottle from Hair of the DoG Bottle Shop (Williamsburg, VA). 11.99. Bottled 6/6/18. Served in an oversized Bruery snifter. Enjoyed 6/17/18.
Pours an opaque soft pale orangeish yellow with just shy of two fingers of rocky white head. The froth fades to a large central island, uneven perimeter and some generous swaths of lace.
Smells dank and juicy. Orange, piney mango, dank green onion and pineapple. It’s quite nice.
Tastes of pineapple, mango, onion, orange marmalade, a little desweetened caramel and an occasional nip of alcohol. All-in-all it is a great blend of flavors.
Slick, oily medium full body with slight carbonation. Dank tropical juice pervades the finish.
Adroit Theory calls this a NE style IPA but it’s considerably more dank than any others in the style that I’ve tried. AK has that special hoppy dankness that only an imperial brew can deliver. And it’s outstanding.
