22oz bottle served in a big snifter. Bottled on 2/13/19. #2244/3000.
Pours a pale hazy yellow -- they did it! It's finally not a weird off-gray color! It's a nice looking Adroit Theory! Anyway...smell is very citrusy -- strong grapefruit and some orange.
Taste is along the same lines, more lemon though, more tropical -- also, nice bitterness.
Mouthfeel is light and thin. Overall, this is one of the better tasting Adroit Theories I've had, and it's maybe the only attractive looking IPA I've seen from them.

L: Poured from a bottle to a snifter glass. Had a yellowish color and a cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, long-lasting head. Fantastic lacing.
S: A sweet and enticing aroma of hops, citrus fruit, a floral quality, malt, and tropical fruit.
T: Tasted of a mild amount of malt (mostly in the finish), some citrus fruit (orange, grapefruit), a moderate amount of hops (not overdone), some of the floral quality, and a bit of tropical fruit (passionfruit). A sweet, light, and soft flavor. The fruit and hops aren't as aggressive as in some DIPAs, but it has a nice subtlety to it. Quite tasty.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a smooth, creamy finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A likable, easy to drink beer. Worth a look.
