Hazy orange, moderate turbidity. Frothy white head. OK retention, not much lacing. Aroma isn't mundane; and, while the tropical and citrus aroma is appealing, it doesn't burst straight from the can. Passionfruit, lime, papaya, pear, and pink grapefruit. Medium bodied. Good effervescence. Maintains light and spry. Starts semi-sweet with papaya, mangosteen, and guava. Fair amount of spice - mace and pink peppercorn - and resin in the finish tampers down the pithy citrus of grapefruit and pomelo. Moderately bitter, overall, juicy with a nice resiny punch from a spritely put of Gosling's ginger ale.

16oz can served in a big snifter. Hard to tell, but I think it's dated 06/03/20.

Pours super hazy, small head, medium to low carbonation. Smell is hop resin, mango/papaya/something tropical.

Taste is...wow. Wow this is juicy. Mostly really ripe mango, maybe a little citrus.

Mouthfeel is medium, fairly effervescent. This is a really nice beer.

Poured from 16oz tall can into my BeerAdvocate teku. Canned 6/3/20.

Appearance: murky medium-yellow hue with two fingers of frothy ivory foam atop. Nice!

Smell: nice orange aroma with some additional tropical character. It's got a good, dense heft to the aroma; I dig it.

Taste: very tropical; orange, guava, mango. Relatively sweet and low bitterness, but that's not too crazy for the style. The flavor in this beer is just great.

Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and actually pretty good creaminess for the style.

Overall: this beer really works for me. I'm impressed with it at a month old; I can only imagine how good it would have been while super-fresh.

L: Poured from a tallboy can to a snifter glass. Had a bright yellow color and an extremely cloudy consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Very good lacing.

S: An excellent aroma of hops, citrus fruit, malt, and tropical fruit.

T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (mostly in the finish; overpowered by the other elements), a bit of tropical fruit (a little passion fruit), a healthy amount of hops (well-represented, but not too much), and a lot of citrus fruit (grapefruit, in particular). A well-balanced, focused flavor. A good mix of hoppy and fruity. Quite tasty.

F: A good amount of carbonation with a lively finish. Medium-bodied.

O: A very well made and vibrant DIPA. Drinkable.
