Brewed with wildflower honey + farro and a Belgian saison yeast, it offers the same spicy bouquet as our classic saison, but with the sweet body and aromatics of a Biere de Miel.

Pours a medium honey color with a light haze. Thick white, non-persistant head. Nose is light, grassy, slightly vineous with a slight white vinegar note.
Flavor is surprisingly light, the ABV very well hidden. Typical farmhouse flavors with no obvious brett. The honey plays nicely off the sweet grassy flavors.
Easy to drink but just not enough depth in this one for me. There should be more to savour in a saison.

Hopefully this is better than the gose. Canned 10/15/20

Pours a med-smaller fizzy head with med-low retention, no real lacing, slight hazy med-gold-blond color

Nose is not bad, golden sweet Belgian blond malt, a little grainy, gristy, hint of corn and I think some wheat, touch of lemon zest, and tree fruit esters, a little honey cake, hint of phenol spice

Taste starts with the fruit, big lemon zest, bitter citrus rind, hand of Buddha or something unique in the citrus, a bit of grilled lemon, then into the grains, a little wheat like but gristy and grainy, a bit grassy as well, and some Belgian blonde malts, a touch yeasty with a doughy bite, some tree fruit, phenol spices, and light bitterness, a bit of sweet but caramelized Brochet-like honey in the background, hint of perfumey alcohol, drier mild sticky finish, a bit more honey candy on the finish

Mouth is med bod, med to a bit higher almost effervescent small-bubble carb, hint of alcohol warmth

Overall not bad, thankfully more of an actual Saison, lots of citrus and general fruit in this one but that's OK, honey was only there a touch but not expecting it to come through that much, but not bad

OK, so I don't like Farmhouse Ales but I bought this because of the can art. Not really the best criterion, but whatever.
Pours a hazy gold with a slight off-white head. Initial impression is fruity, yeasty, and slightly sweet. Mouthfeel is medium with a little stickiness. Finish is fruity and yeasty, with almost no bitterness.
Actually, it's pretty tasty. I'm accustomed to rip-your-face-off IPAs and high octane Stouts, but maybe I need to learn to like Belgians.....
