Packaged on 11/22/21, consumed on 1/12/22 - poured from a tall-boy can into my Bruery tulip.
Turbid, gamboge to buff orange gradient supports a thin beige cap. Delicate lacing; average retention.
Tangerine, white grapefruit, cotton candy, and some grassy/tropical hop notes in the nose. Inviting if a little restrained.
Orange juice, half-and-half, kumquat, and strawberry on the palate entry. Mild bitterness with hints of white tea and low herbal notes emerge. Key lime and underripe mango and peach round out the finish, which is medium-dry. Perhaps a little cracker note and some sweetness from the grain bill. Well balanced.
Rich, creamy, but with a well disguised ABV (certainly no fusel notes, and barely any heat); soft, but with sufficient carbonation.
A bit more than the sum of its parts - a decent, "juicy" hazy imperial. Pretty good.

Pours a hazy lighter orange juice color with a white best that leaves good lacing down my glass.
Aroma is very nice loads of tropical fruits pineapple, mango, stone fruit up front but you can also smell the bitterness of the citrus hiding underneath the surface.
Taste is pretty much the nose, loads of tropical fruit sweetness upfront on a sweet full body the oats making it feel like an OJ. The finish is lingering fruity sweetness with some citrus rind bitterness rounding it out. I usually say a hazy could just more alpha hops but this one while not overly bitter seems to be a perfect combination for this brew. Really enjoying this one this morning.
Mouthfeel is big almost full nice body with just enough pep to allow the hops to dance on your taste buds.
Overall I really enjoyed this one will look for more from this brewery in the future.
