A: take yellow, slightly hazy, with a large bright white head.
S: brought with a hint of melon and Champagne
T: slightly rustic trying with a earthy wheat flavor, mildly floral hops, and a dark earthy bitterness.
M: light and crisp with a semi dry finish.
O: overall interesting, especially from a brewery that is known for big beers. Packaging is really dynamic.

16oz can served in a footed pilsner glass. Can is dated 12/06/23 as far as I can tell. Gifted to me by @ozzylizard, probably in shenanigans associated with NBS BIF #18.
Pours clear brassy gold with a big, fluffy head that settles into a fairly thick clotted layer that rises at least a finger up the side of the glass. Lots of active carbonation. Smell is very lemony, a little bit of dough, maybe some old hay.
Taste is lots of bright lemon, maybe a little orange zest, cut grass and leaves bitterness. Graininess is there a little bit.
Mouthfeel is light, crisp, clean, dry. Overall, very nice beer.

Necrosimian – from Adroit Theory Brewing. Purchased from Adroit Theory online, 16 oz can part of mixed four-pack, $ 8.24/can (Including shipping), $0.515/fl oz. Reviewed 19/01/24 (Review 3224). Note that I use DD/MM/YY protocol.
Bottom of can stamped 12/24/23. Stored at 34 degrees at home. Served at 42.8 degrees F in a hand washed and dried Jester King snifter. The final temperature was 53.4 degrees F.
Appearance – 4.25
First pour – Pale straw (SRM 2), clear.
Body – Pale Gold (SRM 4), clear. Under direct light, same. When rear-lite, same.
Head - Average (Maximum four cm, aggressive center pour), white, high density, short retention, leaving a 0.6 - 0.8 cm irregular crown and a rocky thin and partial cap.
Lacing – Fair. Narrow band of broken lacing about an inch above the liquid, with irregular narrow columns leading toward the remaining crown.
Aroma – 4.25 – Citrus hoppy. No yeast, no malt, no alcohol (5.2 % ABV as marked on the label).
Flavor – 4.25 – begins with generic citrus and moderately bitter. No yeast, no malt. No dimethylsulfide or diacetyl. No ethanol ever tasted. No gastric warming. Ends dry.
Palate – 4.25 – Watery; dry; lively carbonation.
Final impression and summation: 4.25 Very tasty citrus, and dry. If more pilsners were this good, I’d start drinking more of them – very poundable!
