Formerly Machete Dry Hopped Saison
This rustic French farmhouse-style ale is our ode to a brewers’ favorite made across the Atlantic. Brewed with Pilsner malt and flaked wheat, this beer is crafted with a blend of two farmhouse strains, and a heavy dose of white peppercorns and grains of paradise. This extremely dry and effervescent beer is finished with a mild dose of East Kent Golding hops for a lemon, hay, and green herbal aroma.

Foggy pale yellow with a widely flat yet bubbly white collar.
Mild barnyard and straw-like funk is contrasted by a bright lemon rind and even hint of chardonnay before finishing bone dry. With time, I even begin to detect characteristics of passion fruit, mango and peppery nelson.
Wow...what's up people?! I never hear anyone talking about Burial saisons. This has hallmarks that remind me of some of my favorites, like Jester King.
Absolutely delicious.
