Burial Beers Moon Series continues into the eighth (of 12) releases – the Sturgeon Moon. The sturgeon of the Great Lakes and Lake Champlain are huge, prehistoric looking fish highly prized for their caviar. On the the Great Lakes these fish were most readily caught during this full Moon. Burial Beer will honor them with a Saison brewed with Arame and Wakame kelp, sea salt and squid ink. The bottle will be adorned with sea blue wax, a fish hook and sinker and a poem by eddie cabbage.
