Pilsner, Carolina Ground Raw wheat, Vienna, honey malt, and flaked wheat lay the foundation for this Saison. Northern Brewer, Amarillo, and Tettnang hops add complexity to the earthy and rustic nuances of fresh Tarragon.

Had on tap. Murky pale bronze with a white ring. Smell is springy and pleasant: honey, biscuit malts, spicy hops, grass and earth. Taste gets a little cutesy with the spices and honey carrying towards an artsy saison. Feel is not cutesy, robust bready malts and solid hops lend great contrasting textures with good earth underneath
