Pours a pale gold. Frothy white head disipatesfairly quickly. Smells of pears, hay, and a touch of lemon.
The flavor is decidedly more sour than the aroma lets on. The lemon flavor comes through more strongly backed by the strong acidity. The orchard fruit comes through on the back end. Very dry finish with a lasting lactic tang. The body is light and somewhat thin. Lively carbonation.
Overall the acidity is a little too high for my taste. Lacks in some depth beyond the acidity. The Brett if present doesn't show its presence to create some additional intrigue that I would appreciate.
