The crux of the infestation, quarantined. The havoc of our land, overcome. Once again we shall know the elegance of the innocent, for she is a mere vessel for the true harbinger of the cursed. A mixed-culture saison of Riverbend Pilsner and Rye and Carolina Ground Raw Wheat aged in oak - subsequently aged in steel upon black currant, lemon peel, clove and cinnamon. The currents and the trees finally dance as one.

Appearance: Arrives a murky apricot color with a modest head; a few spots hang around
Smell: Black currant and lemon with a hint of cinnamon
Taste: Tart black currant forward with a lemony aspect developing; a bready malt flavor buttresses with the spices emerging, particularly the cinnamon, after the swallow; the finish is fruity with moderate tartness
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A very flavorful Saison which produces a range of interesting fruit and spice flavors
