Hazy bright yellow color with white head. Aroma is tart, funky, lemony and floral. Taste is tart, lemony, a bit lactic and funky. Medium body and carbonation. Really well balanced, easy drinking funky saison.

A: The beer is hazy yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of earthy funk are present in the nose along with notes of lemony citrus.
T: The taste follows the smell, but has more in the way of flavors of lemon citrus. The earthiness becomes more apparent as the beer warms up.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly creamy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is an interesting saison that tweeters between earthiness and lemons in the taste.
