a brett table beer and an excellent one, i love this kind of thing, funky and dry and bubbly, sessionable craft beer that isnt hoppy, this really is great stuff. pale delicate straw colored brew with an airy white head on it, high carbonation is obvious, and there is a cool developed brett aroma here, mature for a young beer, complex but also subtle enough to not be dominant, light citrus and champagne and raw wheat here as well. farmy in the flavor, but really clean. the grain base is super light, pils and wheat is all, not even much body from the wheat, made even lighter by the rushing carbonation and the extent to which the brett has dried this out. a spring floral vibe here, maybe some saison yeast in the mix too, melon and lemongrass essence, hay, and a gentle tartness. super refreshing, i love how developed the brett is here, but how clean it is at the same time. this is the kind of thing i want to drink all day, fresh and flavorful and summery. one of the better wild brews we had when we visited this awesome brewery! i hope they package it!
