Look - fairly clear yellow color with a lasting white head
Smell - since it’s a Brett saison I’m guessing that’s why it smells like a soiled diaper
Taste - very grainy slightly spiced and slightly soured
Feel - medium full body with light carbonation
Overall - interesting different saison

a very drinkable and well done brett saison. i think only a secondary brett thing, seems like some actual saison yeast here too, but a layered and interesting beer, maybe not quite as delicate as it should be given the low abv and all, it still feels a little weighty to me, but its a tasty brew with some cool nuance. a little orange hue to it and a little funk in the nose, light orange blossom honey and a pale wheat thing, same in the flavor, faint sweetness up front and a newer but very distinctive brett complexion too. it has some light funk, seems young to me in that regard, but also enough character from grain and hops to make it seem complete for what it is. light citrus, sturdy wheat and even oat or something starchy, and a nice finishing dryness from the brett. not quite as layered and wild and mature and unique as i hoped it would be given the breweries involved, but a fine brew to say the least. it was fun to have this at burial, one of the cooler brewery visits in recent memory for me, this place is special!
