#ELLA Canned 09July2018
Thanks to Beer_Economicus for this freshy.
Pours a lite, turbid, straw to yellow hued swirl, with a fluffy white head that leaves a slight lace.
Smell is delicate grain notes, slightly floral citrus, and a slight mineral water note.
Taste is tame. The grainy notes are both a flavor and a feel. Kinda fluffy, but the gentle blend of the grain with smooth lemon and grapefruit is pleasant but subtle. The carbonation is medium but really works with that fluffiness. For such a low ABV beer, this is pretty good.

#ELLA.
Appearance: Pours an opaque, milky pale yellow (like the slurry from a can of cream corn) body with a loose, airy, sea foam head.
Smell: Soft, lush cereal grain notes with reluctant notes of flowers, spice and white grapfruit.
Taste: Smooth, creamy tones of wheat and oats atop the bready, grainy barley. Spiciness (aided by the playful carbonation) and jumpy florals with a tangy touch of citric grapefruit which carries you through the dry, minerally, tropical finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Soft yet crisp, nicely drying and a good showcase of, in this case, Ella hops.
