This is the most delightful presentation of our prized HOUSE beer. A critical component of our mixed culture program, this saison base is aged in a number of wood vessels and used as a component in a number of dashing ales. But after blending several puncheons of hop-driven mixed-culture base, we arrived at this perfect cuvee and decided to bottle it for the 2018 Burnpile VIPs. Bursting with bold citrus fruit and mild tropical aromas, this quaffable sour ale is the perfect expression of our wild barrel program.

Large shared bottle in SC.
Pours pale golden with a good white head.
Mild Brett, relatively speaking, with some bready, yeasty, and fruity notes. Certainly more palatable than most Brett brews.
