Black/brown appearance.
An even pour yielded a small khaki head; minimal lace.
Medium roast coffee bean, rich vanilla & milk chocolate notes in the nose.
Medium thick, creamy mouthfeel.
Rich vanilla & medium roast coffee bean flavors up front; milk chocolate & mild caramel notes on the finish. Faint booze heat emerged as this warmed.
The flavor here was MASSIVE; if you don't like this kind of stout, get the hell out of the way, but for aficionados like me, this is damn good. Hope they make it again.
