To the gallows go the most mundane of our trappings. Where they shall lay to rest in the grim spectacle of our mortal passage. And from them shall emerge a more linear permutation of conscious thought. The enlightening word the book of Heavy Resin. Whirlpooled with Mosaic Incognito, Cryo and Pellets. Double dry-hopped with a big Mosaic and Sabro base, helping doses of Idaho 7 and Cashmere, and a final drop of Mosaic Cryo.

Thanks, Bill!
Was lucky enough to get a bunch of beer from Bill (and Kristine) when I saw them on a recent work trip. Wasn’t expecting that and I hadn’t brought anything myself. So stupid. Should’ve brought some Mcilhenney crowlers for their pregame. Anyway, I didn’t know going in if this beer was a New England IPA or a West Coast IPA. The Untappd description was “To the gallows go the most mundane of our trappings. Where they shall lay to rest in the grim spectacle of our mortal passage. Poured a light hazy golden color with three fingers of rocky white head. Could see just a few bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. Perfect layered foamy lacing. Almost perfect retention. (Sight - 4.75)
Got Sabro (love this hop) right away. Also Mosaic, cedar wood, sticky pine, coconut, vanilla, lemon, lime, Cashmere, Idaho 7, tea, herbal and melon. Much better out of the can. (Smell - 4.25)
Tasted even better than the nose. In order got Sabro, tangerine, cedar wood, sticky pine, coconut, Cashmere, lemon, lime, Idaho 7, tea, herbal, vanilla, melon, orange creamsicle and papaya. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, juicy finish. (Feel - 4.50)
Just an excellent beer. Love you, Sabro. (Overall - 4.25)
