Born from those that came before us. Brought to life through stories forever told. Experienced through the nourishment of togetherness. An ode to Southern food traditions with our friend Ashleigh Shanti in celebration of the release of Our South, her first-ever cookbook. This farmhouse ale is mashed with Southern-grown sweet potato, collard greens, barley, wheat, and corn and fermented with Georgia peaches.
