Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with a Carefully Selected Blend of Vanilla Beans

We took the deep dive into vanilla and barrel aging with Cellarmaker for this Burnpile 2025 collaboration. Selecting choice bourbon barrels from our stock, we then conditioned this massive beer upon ungodly amounts of Congolese, Brazilian, Peruvian, and Ugandan vanilla beans. Decadent notes of dark chocolate dunked in bourbon vanilla whipped cream and drizzled in vanilla buttercream.

Look - black and thick with nice rimming and lacing
Smell and taste - lots of vanilla cocoa and barrel as it warms up. When it's cold the vanilla comes out even more, better warm.
Feel - Full body with a light carb
