This bright golden Saison is a blend of fresh and wood-aged Classic from our American white oak foeders. On the nose, you'll catch enticing and balanced aromas of moderate Brett funk, fruit, and spicy notes of clove, nutmeg, and coriander. A taste reveals a smack of acidity composed with notes of vanilla, spice, apricot, and toasted bread.

This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a big fluffy head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like citrus, grapefruit pith, lemon, clove, and grassy funk.
I love the idea of a funky and tart saison in a can. It’s quite tart, but refreshing, with a dry, clovey and pithy finish. There’s some grassiness, lemon, and almost blood orange like flavors, I think?
This is light bodied, but not thin, with a full drinkability to it.
I kind of forgot about this brewery for a little bit. I need to revisit them more often!

Cloudy yellow pour with a fat finger of white foam and spotted lacing. From the nose we realized this was going to be the surprise hit of the night: great bright oak shapes the saison with plenty of character on its own: lemon, flowers, light brett and funk, more citrus, grains, subtle springtime spices and belgian yeast. Taste follows suit with a little touch of honey, oak leads but also raises the other flavors up, funk and spices are very faint though. Feel is lighter and very much shaped by oak, springtime nuances elevate. Much improved on the classic saison
