This beer is a collaboration with Brian Moxey.
This is a Saison brewed with clementines. Essentially BdP with Loads of Clementines
A - Pours a beautiful hazy orange. Straight mimosa looking beer with legitimate pulp out of some of the first pours of the keg
S - Cuties/clementines and orange on the nose dominate with that base saison smell
T - Citrus flavor that competes with a sour presence. some of the first pours of the keg were less acidic then later pours.
M - Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied as it should be for the style, within its style right in the middle range.
O - A great beer, but actually preferred the pours with pulp in them, the bottom of the keg was much clearer and seemed to be more acidic.

This beer is a collaboration with Brian Moxey. Saison brewed with clementines. Pours a beautiful hazy orange. Not a lot of head. Orange on the nose, with a little sour funk. Orange flavor that competes with a sour presence. Side Project describes it best by referencing a mimosa. Finishes dry, leaving the saliva glands sticky and wanting more. This iteration appears to be on tap only, but I sure hope it gets brewed again.
