Backpack Fashion Show #2 is an 8% DIPA that was loaded with 8 pounds of hops per barrel with Amarillo, Vic Secret, and Citra, and dry-hopped three times.
Appearance: Arrives at the bar with a clear amber color and is capped by a nice head that leaves some webs of lacing
Smell: Very pithy, with aspirin tones presenting
Taste: Very pithy, up front, with a hint of melon developing underneath; a wallop of bitterness builds, through the middle, with a strong dose of aspirin in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: The bitterness dominates the profile; I have never been a fan of Amarillo hops as they always leave an aspirin-like taste on my taste buds

Sooooo, when people talk about over hyping beer, they mean this. Backpack pours a regular looking ipa. Taste is alot like a less bitter version of sculpin. There is some nice fruity DH aroma, but the rest of the beer is very lack luster. Nothing pops
