750 mL bottle. Lightly hazy golden. Smells of strong white wine, stone fruit acidity, oak. Tastes of hefty oak throughout. White wine, stone fruit, light grain. More oak. Pretty tart, but very drinkable. Medium body. It's quite tart, but never too much. All told, it's delicious.

ooooo man was this tart. Definitely marks you pucker. Would've enjoyed a touch of sweetness to bring this back into balance, but the different strands to this beer are blended well for their intention.

True golden pour, with small amounts of thin, foamy head that bubble up lazily but ultimately fall flat into the beer.
Definitely a gueuze lambic influence on the nose; barnyard, slight bleu cheese funk. Some bright citrus and acidity on the back end.
A soft, very crushable beer for the style. A return of that Gueuze-influenced funk, albeit milder than the nose. Getting notes of tart key limes, black pepper, and stone fruit all preceding a biscuity finish.
Got a great fluffiness to the mouthfeel here, with a soft yet sharp mouthfeel and a mildly dry finish.

Poured from a bottle (blend 4) into a mason jar (should have used a wine glass)
L: very slightly turbid, gold amber color. Decently thick white head, especially on my second pour. Fades after a bit to minimal lacing
S: really excellent lambic/geuze nose. Tart, slight barnyard funk to it. Exceeds expectations for sure
T: delivers that great, clean acidic lambic flavor suggested by the nose. Get some lemon, lime, some pepper. Great flavor, medium finish - could use a bit more depth/complexity but that’s more a how world-class is this beer point than anything else
F: light body, medium/high carbonation, very drying but not overly so
O: honestly outstanding beer. Have enjoyed some SP saisons/fruited ales but this is just great, if looking for that geuze experience I happily recommend!

26 April 2020 - Beer #78
Corona Day #45
Price: $34.99 on Tavour
Appearance: 4 - looks like liquid apricot. Tiny head.
Nose: 4 - vinegary / briny like a Gueuze. This is going to be very sour.
Taste: 4 - very very sour, but not very much flavor. Missing something on the back end.
Mouth: 5 - painfully tingly and acidic. Zillions of tiny bubbles.
Overall: 4 - obviously well brewed by the masters, but nothing really special.
Stay safe out there, team.
Cheers!

Pours a dark golden-copper, dehydrated piss. Head is a finger of white foam that disappears rather rapidly. Aroma is cellar stone, raspberry, citrus, orange, lemon zest, straw and biscuity, earthy malts. Light tartness, but not much. Flavor profile is just as popping and yet refined. Raspberry mingles with lemon zest, orange rind, cellar stone, straw and biscuity, bready, earthy malts. Great balance with a light initial sweetness and tart finish. Mouth feel is medium-thin with a smooth consistency. Effervescence is slightly bubbly towards the finish, but not much. Overall, great balance that mingles sweetness with tartness. Subtlety is done extremely well here.

750ml bottle served in a big snifter. No visible dates. I think this was a gift from @mr-jj.
Pours a mostly clear golden, with a short lived head and moderate to low carbonation. Smell is tart, lemon and oak and something funky.
Taste is along the same lines -- softly tart, subtle funk, accented by wood.
Mouthfeel is soft and buttery. Overall, it's good.
