750 mL bottle. Clear golden. Smells of strong oak, sweet vinous notes. Tastes of tart stone fruit, lots of oak, grape must, earthy yeast. Medium body. Simple and pleasant.

Pouted from a 750 mL bottle. The color is very light yellow hazy color. The aroma is a bit of funk with a big wine character from the grape addition. The taste follows the smell with the typical SP acidity and a light citrus white wine flavor. Its an awesome beer and tasty nonetheless.

This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and a good bit of lacing.

This smells like golden white grapes, light funky sweetness, oak, a light dry peppery character, and pineapple.

This works well, as the grapes do not overwhelm the high quality base saison, and white grapes do generally seem to meld better with the base than something like red grapes. I get some pineapple/orange type citrusy character, and a soft floral/lime type funk.

This is tasty stuff, with a soft and sparkling mouthfeel, and a great drinkability.

Side Project seems to be one of the breweries that keep their high quality even with collabs. Lots of collabs seem to be lesser than either of the breweries participating. Luckily, Side Project is not one of those breweries.
