Appearance: Pours a cloudy honey color with a two finger head; good retention and a smattering of lace
Smell: Juicy tropical tones of pineapple, guava and grapefruit
Taste: Juicy flavors forward, with delicate pineapple and guava tones; in the middle, the grapefruit emerges and gets very pithy, after the swallow; a hint of aspirin in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body; creamy with moderate carbonation
Overall: The harsh finish aside, there is a lot to like in this juicy NE IPA
