Double dry-hopped IPA brewed exclusively with Mosaic hops. We will continue to use the same fermentation, water profile and malt bill as we did for DDH Citra, DDH El Dorado and DDH Galaxy to try to educate and highlight each individual hop, with no other changes! Brewed exclusively with Mosaic hops from YCH.

poured from a 16oz can into a willi becher pint glass. pours a semi-murky gold that settles in the glass much hazier than it came out of the can. lots of fluffy white head on this one. nose is candied peaches and oranges glazed in resin and sprinkled with a dash of pine. the taste is somewhat similar with a noticeable pine sap punch on the finish. to me this smells a bit better than it tastes. medium-full mouthfeel. perfect carbonation on this one. looks and smells like a NEIPA but tastes a little more on the west coast side of things. i dig it. have really enjoyed the entire DDH single hop series and look forward to the next one.
