Pretty good Helles, nice light golden clear color with bubbles and a white head. Nice pillowly doughy malty taste with floral honey notes mixed with the malt grains. This beer is super fresh at less than a month old and certainly has a very fresh and refreshing character. Nice and light but with good flavor and simple in a refined manner.

Pours a slightly foggy straw-gold body capped with multiple fingers of soapy, eggshell-white foam; good head retention leaves a thinner, fuzzy cap, large, frothy collar, and myriad chunks of webby lacing strewn comprehensively across the walls of the glass.
Aromas of straw meet a level yeast profile as a touch of white grape must accents clean lemondrop, with slightly mossy undertones and hints of citrus peel lingering.
Taste opens to straw and distant bread crust, with white grape must past the mid-palate guiding a residual, grassy tinge and lingering minerality through the finish.
Mouthfeel brings a light body and rounded froth of carbonation, leaving a soft prickle into tentative dryness over the mid-palate before a semi-wet back end eases to a delicately snappy finish.
An airy malt display is carried in lingering hop residue, a crisp, earthy edge delicate yet predominant grains; a solid, more casually hop-forward Helles.

A: mostly see through yellow, with some brown notes. Very standard lager color. nice lacing on the glass, and while not much head, some nice bubbles sitting on the surface.
S: Sweet, malty, biscuit. Grass, sage, pine, honey.
T: Bread, followed by grassy herbal hops and some honey in the finish.
F: really clean, and just what you want for the style

Can from the brewery in BK. Pours a cloudy straw yellow with two fingers of rocky white head that stick around, smell is crackers, wheat, lightly toasted white bread, hints of caramel and grass, taste is crackery wheat bread, wheat grain, white toast, table bread crust, hint of honey and mild grassy finish, feel is light, lively carbonation. A crushable, comforting and bread forward lager.

Pint from tap at the brewery.
Pours super clear, brassy gold, big head that collapses very slowly. Smell is grainy and floral. Simple, clean, and very nice.
Taste is also simple and clean. Lager yeast, grain, grass. Very nice balance of grain and bitter.
Mouthfeel is super light and dry. Overall, an excellent beer.

A: slightly hazy yellow amber color. Fizzy 2 finger bright white head that faded very quickly
S: sweet grains and fresh bread. Lemongrass and some earthy bitter hops. A bit of straw and crackers as well
T: nice crispness on this right away. Sweet crisp grains and grass. Lemongrass, pepper spice, and faint sweet citrus. A nice kick of earthy tea leaf bitterness and big note of dried cracker and crusty bread
M: light mouthfeel, quite dry. High carbonation
O: this is a pretty dang good example of the style. Aroma could use a bit more punch, and the head could hang around a bit longer. But my biggest knock is the price. A bit too expensive foe a 4 pack of a Helles, regardless of how good it is

Pours a frothy 1 finger head with moderate retention, light foamy lacing, mostly clear slight haze straw color
Nose plenty of lager malt, grainy cereal blond malt, little corn with the grainy sweet pilsner malt, just a touch of grassy hop
Taste brings some herbal hops up front, med to lighter bitterness, light grainy sweet malt, straw, hint of corn pilsner malt again, hops turning a little spicy and grassy late, dry crisp bitter finish, a spicy European pilsner finish
Mouth is med bod, soft lager, higher frothy carb
Overall like a nice European pilsner, but some American lager as well, nice overall

Can dated 02/16/21 into a nonic pint.
L: Straw yellow with 2 fingers of low-density frothy white head with good retention and left limited spotted lacing.
A: Cereal grains and bisquity malt out front, floral and grassy elements hiding underneath.
T: Follows nose well but with more hop prominence. Finishes with moderate bitterness and slight acidity, acidity lingers a bit and drys the palate.
F: Low-medium bodied with medium-high carbonation, tongue tingles from the carbonation/acidity, slick on the swallow.
O: A bit high on the carbonation, but I otherwise really liked it! Just on the spendier side to be a frequent purchase.
