A heavy wheat saison named for the grey dress wearing female laborer a in France. The play between Pilsner and wheat malts make this the perfect day beer. German Tettnang hops and spicy saison yeast creates a complex subtle brew.

The beer is a dull yellow, maybe medium yellow. Quite cloudy, though not opaque. Small white head. Fades after a minute. The aroma is full of wheat flavor. Fruity, sweet grain character. Some wheat spice. Raisins, a little banana, vanilla, dough, bread. Lots of flavor. Fairly sweet. Finish mostly cleans things up. A little too much funny fruitiness, still. Medium full mouthfeel. Nice enough but sweet.
