Appearance: Arrives with the liquid the color of root beer and the head a wispy beige; leaves some spots of lacing behind
Smell: Brown bread and cinnamon with persimmon underneath
Taste: Brown bread and cinnamon, up front, with persimmon flavor developing in the middle; after the swallow, the spices and impact from the yeast strain move to the forefront
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: This is a really different Saison with unusual flavor - I really like it
