4.22/5 rDev +7.4%
look: 3.75 | smell: 4.25 | taste: 4.25 | feel: 4.25 | overall: 4.25
Served by the brewer on tap at Peabody's Cellar Sale.
The Valencia oranges, coriander, and grey tea come together in a big way, while still standing out on their own. Mouthfeel is fantastic. I'm not all that big on Belgian Witbiers but this may have just completely changed my mind. Well done. Looking forward to trying some of their other offerings.

look: 4 | smell: 4 | taste: 4 | feel: 4 | overall: 4
Appearance: Arrives with the liquid a clear golden color capped by an inch of foam; spotty lacing remains around the side of the glass
Smell: Bready with Earl Grey tea and coriander tones; also there is a hint of dried orange peel
Taste: Bread. with lemongrass and coriander, up front, and a developing orange peel character that dominates the middle; after the swallow, the bergamot and Earl Grey tea tones add complexity
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: I have listed this as a rotating offering as it has yet to be reviewed but as it is carried by draft accounts outside the brewpub it may well be their flagship beer now; as with all Fonta Flora beers, there is a unique angle and in this case it is the bergamot and Earl Grey tea
