Collaboration with Wicked Weed.
Saison with Black Locust Flowers and Wild Ginger. This funky sour ale aged in white wine barrels for eight months and has been conditioned in the bottle for another four months. The result is a beautiful blond wild ale with expressive notes of wine, oak and botanicals.

Poured into a Wicked Weed snifter. No freshness date.
A- Pours a semi-hazy light amber color with a 1/4 inch off-white head that retains a bit before becoming a paper-thin ring around the edge of the glass and a small center patch of sheer surface foam. Minimal lacing.
S- Nice even balance of lactic acid and Brett funk with some earthiness and bright fruit notes.
T- Tangy and fruity upfront before the assertive sourness sinks in. Bright acidity enhances the tartness. Not getting any ginger and I don't know what the other three special ingredients are supposed to taste like. Once the sediment is introduced, there's a bit more going on in the way of body and some sweetness.
M- Pucker is on the higher end of the spectrum with medium carbonation and a lightish body.
O- Yet another Fonta Flora sour that falls under the "Good not Great" category. The beer is well executed but overall lacks any sort of "wow" element.

On draft at the bottle release. Pours a golden yellow with 1/2 finger of white head. Smell is white wine, oaky funk and light breadt malt. Taste is a great mix of floral notes, vinous hints, oak and almost a hint of honey. Great mouthfeel
