Only date on this bottle says, "bottled August 2016". Poured gently into two snifters. Appearance is light yellow with a fizzy white head that fades. Lacing rings the glass until mid way then dissipates tonspotted. The beer is hazy from chill and adjuncts. It smells of ripe lemons, limes, slight fill pickle, hay, funk, earthiness, cut grass. The taste in a way follows but it starts will dill pickle the to lemons, lines, and orange pith. It moves to a nice barnyard funk in the back and finishes with citrus again. It feels on the lighter side with a fizzier coating. Overall I dig this guy and like other fonts Flora beers they are all unique. Cheers.
