Appearance - Pours light bright yellow color with thick white head that settles to a decent white cap.
Aroma - Light lemon zest, barnyard funk, hay, yeast and a very mild hop aroma.
Taste - Tart lemon, yeast, funk, light saltiness very nice light taste.
Feel - Light bodied, tart bite just a touch of dryness.
Overall - A very well done Saison, great flavors great balance.
