Appearance: Pours a hazy goldenstraw with a coating of large bubble that fades to a collar; spotty lacing

Smell: Lactic peach aromatics with oak and spicy Saison yeast tones

Taste: Lactic peach with the Saison yeast flavors adding a spicy element; the finish is oaky and dry

Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation

Overall: Nice blend of the second use peaches with the spicy Saison yeast

Poured from a 750. Enjoyed in the sun on a chilly afternoon. Smell is mild peach. Flavor is similar. Tart, with a nice peach background. Dry on the back end. Overall, nice beer.
