Murky amber appearance, clean pour. Getting ripe lemon, peach, clementine, decent mixed culture yeast, flowers, and melon rind. Taste is much the same but get big paw paw out of nowhere and I am here for it, finish adds light herbal hops. Light, bright yet artful while being playfully tart and funky, well made. Reminds me of afterthought with a lighter and slightly more funky touch but less tartness

Appearance: Pours a cloudy apricot nectar color with a thin head that fades to a ringlet; squiggles and dots
Smell: Nectarine, lemon, oak and herbal tones
Taste: Herbal lemon and nectarine forward with the tart element building in the mid-palate; oaky and dry, after the swallow with lingering tartness
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with low to moderate carbonation
Overall: The mixture of tart fruit and herbal tones makes for an excellent Saison, one of the best styles Fonta Flora brews
